De-stress with Doga
Meet Suzi Teitelman the founder of Doga (yoga with dogs). Suzi has been teaching yoga and now Doga for over 20 years as well as training other teachers all around the globe to spread the love of Doga. Suzi kick-starts our series with some fun and gentle Doga workouts, helping us push through the christmas pud and reinvigorate our bodies and minds for an inspired, fresh start to the New Year!
Over the course of the series you will develop a personal daily practice specific to you and your dog that you can use to keep you invigorated and inspired all year round.
Don’t have a dog? Its fine you can still join us to limber up! This series reminds us that life isn’t all doom and gloom that, through dogs (and yoga), we can share a belly full of laughter!
These fun, friendly, and informal social events are designed to bring the LGBTQIA+ community together through their shared love of dogs. Hosted every Sunday by Gina Biggs (Founder of Rainbow Pooch Pride) alongside a Guest Speaker, each will reveal a different way in which the connection to dogs positively impacts physical and mental well-being. We know that right now, in the midst of a pandemic, we need to be able to still connect with one another. So we will top and (waggy) tale each session by spending some time building these connections, getting to know you and your dog (or the dogs in your life if you don’t own one), and finding ways to share our experiences. Participants will be able to remain anonymous if they chose to and are invited to join in at their personal comfort level – camera’s/microphones on or off.
Also, be sure not to miss out on some amazing promotional offers made available during these sessions!
